CoolFlex®: Seamless Digital Printing Substrates

The CoolFlex line of digital printing substrates is used worldwide in banners, billboards, building wraps, construction decoration, murals, specialty applications, transit shelters, and more. All CoolFlex products are recyclable through the Cooley ReFlex™ Recycling Program. Both ReFlex™ Reuse and Reflex™ Recycle (fiber separating processing) options provide a certified recovery process implemented for used CoolFlex products nationally. CoolFlex products are available seamless in widths up to 196 inches (5 meters).

CoolFlex Seamless Frontlit

CoolFlex Seamless Frontlit is a high-quality, digitally printable, lightweight, and durable reinforced vinyl substrate designed for both indoor and outdoor applications. Available in White/White or Black/White color options and in either gloss or matte finishes, it features a smooth surface that delivers exceptionally sharp printed images.

The Black/White version offers the same advanced technology as Cooley’s fine white substrates but with a black backing, providing 100% block-out properties ideal for one-sided applications—perfect for panel-free billboard structures and other situations where backside light penetration must be eliminated without requiring an extra layer.

CoolFlex Backlit

Cooley seamless flexible backlit substrate features excellent lay-flat properties and a fine scrim that is virtually invisible. This product uses translucent yarns to improve color reproduction and is bright white for excellent daytime color reproduction. It is available in 16-ounce and 20-ounce.
