All C3 products come with material warranties up to 25 years and the CSP-TPO products with warranties up to 20 years.

Cooley C3 Membranes, manufactured with Dupont ® Elvaloy® have set the industry standard for every kind of resistance; water, UV, chemical, salt, and other pollutants and contaminates. Cooley C3 and CSP-TPO are approved by all the major code organizations including Factory Mutual, Underwriters Laboratories, and Dade County

C3Plus and CSP-TPO are both available in 39″, 60″, 78″, 120″ and 144″ widths. (99cm, 152.4cm, 198.12cm, 304.8cm and 365.76cm)

FB versions of each product are available in 76″ and 120″ widths. (193.04cm and 304.8cm)

C3PLUS

Development started in 1988 and commercialized in 1990. Since that time, C3PLUS technology continues to prove reliable and durable. In addition, it utilizes the patented Kevlar yarn edge: ultra high strength yarns, located along the fastener edge for maximum tensile strength where it counts the most.

C3Plus is a proprietary formulation blending DuPonts Elvaloy KEE and PVC. This unique blend offers superior UV Performance and the best chemical resistance available in any commercial roofing product.

C3FB

C3FB is the same C3 formulation as C3PLUS. The difference herein is the non-woven polyester fleece backer for fully adhered applications. The fleece is not post laminated or glued on. It cannot peel off. The fleece is impregnated into the film while in its molten state. This formulation assures total attachment of the fleece to the roofing product and, therefore, the highest securement possible.

Additionally, C3 FB can be installed in hot asphalt. In fact, after re-evaluating a 17-year-old C3FB membrane installed in hot asphalt, the reassessment showed no trace of asphalt bleeding through the membrane. This further proves the superior chemical resistance of C3FB credited to the Elvaloy content.

CSP-TPO

When cost is the primary concern, look to the CSP-TPO. It has excellent resistance to acids and is available in several colors. CSP-TPO comes with warranties up to 20 years. It can also be used in fully adhered and PMR applications. Other uses for TPO include below grade waterproofing, tunnel liners, cistern liners as well as geomembranes for tunnel liners.

CSP-TPOFB

Also available in fleece back for fully adhered applications. As with the C3PLUS, the fleece is imbedded into the polymer. It will never peel off or delaminate as post laminated products can.

COOLGRIP PVC and COOLGRIP TPO

Both the C3 formula and the CSP-TPO formulas are used in Cooley’s roof top walkway products. All single ply roofs are inherently slippery. Cooley recommends that the walkway products be used on roofs where regular foot traffic or maintenance occurs.

Both are available in either a 72 mil (1.82mm) version or a 156 mil (4mm) heavy duty “herringbone” pattern.
